| Tub Time Blends: Your Personal Spa
If you can't get away to find rest and relaxation, you can create
your own peaceful escape, indulging the senses and nuturing the soul,
with the privacy and convenience of your own home.
You may want to use a carrier, since oils are not soluable in water.
If you do use essential oils by themselves (without a carrier) always
add them last after the tub has filled, because they evaporate quickly.
Carriers can be vegetable oils or also be castile soap, honey or a bath
salt mixture.
Vegetable Bath Oil
Very moisturing and protective
Mix 6 to 10 drops of essential oil in 2 teaspoons of vegetable or

1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons Epsom salt
3 teaspoons sea salt
