Cypress oil has a sweet-balsamic, refreshing aroma, similar to pine needles, but lighter.

Cypress is an evergreen that's native to southern Europe, and has spread to North Africa and North America, and is cultivated in France, Spain and Morocco.

The cypress is exotic looking tree, with it's connected, tubular base, bulbous trunk and leaves as delicate as table cloth lace often overlooking the sea.

Cypress blends well with: bergamot, cedarwood, cardamom, clary sage, juniper, lavender, lemon, pine, mandarin, orange, marjoram, and sandalwood.
